Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo This is a huge event with something for everyone!  Lots of livestock, the rodeo, musical performances, carnival midway, great food, and lots of exhibits.  Tex-Star Woodworks will set up at Reliant Center for 20 days straight from March 3-22 2008.  We are located at the far west end of Reliant Center at E9122. Vets Helping Vets This is an outstanding Waco, TX based organization, established by veterans, to offer assistance to all veterans who suffer from the disorder of PTSD. Saxet Trade Shows Saxet puts on great shows accross Texas including Austin, San Antonio, Pharr, Conroe, and Port Arthur.  We try to do their San Antonio shows a few times each year and their Austin show when we can. Houston Gun Collectors Association HGCA has put on the largest show in Texas for many years at what was the Astrohall, next to the Astrodome.  Now the show is in the new...and much nicer Reliant Center located next to Reliant Stadium...which is still next to the Astrodome.  We do this show regularly.  Just look up for the Stars and Stripes to find us. High Caliber Gun & Knife Show High Caliber puts on great shows in several Texas cities including Houston, Pasadena, Fort Worth, Tyler, and Lubbock.  Tex-Star Woodworks does most of their Houston shows. Dallas Arms Collectors Assoc., Inc. DACA is the primary gun collector club in the North Texas area and puts on very good shows at Dallas Market Hall several times a year.  We set up at their show regulary in section Q. Great Southern Gun Shows Great Southern puts on outstanding shows in Birmingham, AL, Jackson, MS, Longview, TX, and throughout Louisiana. Sweetwater Rattlesnake Roundup Held the 2nd weekend each March, this is the largest Rattlesnake Roundup in the world.  In addition to the roundup, there is also a chili and brisket cookoff, a gun & knife show, a craft show, carnival, dance, etc...  Everyone should go at least once in their life.  Unfortunately, we have had to give up this great event in order to do the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
